Description

How does it work

Actions/benefits of the formula:

Herbal medicines

Soothes the skin: Radiation therapy can irritate the skin. The anti inflammatory action of the herbal and nutrition medicines may help to relieve that irritation providing a soothing effect.

Protective effect: The anti oxidant action of the combined constituents may protect the skin from radiation damage.

Anti inflammatory action: All constituents in the formula have well known anti-inflammatory effects to protect the skin helping to prevent irritation, sloughing and damage to the skin.

Analgesic Effect: A specific herbal medicine in the formula is known to have a pain relieving/analgesic action so reduces the potential painful irritation.

Skin regenerative action: As radiation therapy goes deep into the skin, it’s important to provide skin regeneration support. The nutrition and herbal medicines in this formula provide a combined synergistic action to repair and regenerate from the deeper levels of the skin.

Anti ‘skin burn’ defence: This is a water solubilised ‘hydro gel’. It is unique in this regard as the base herbal medicine is water, not cream or oil based, so it is important for ‘anti burn’ action.

Nutritional medicine

  • Cellular regeneration and healthy tissue growth.
  • To provide anti oxidant activity (helps cells protect and rejuvenate themselves)
  • To reduce tissue damage.
  • To soothe the skin.
